Are there only two genders in the bible / Does Jesus love transgender people?
Yes, and yes to both.
It seems we have come to the point in modern culture where biology, agreed-upon science, is being challenged by the desire of a Godless world to convince us of the common-sense belief in men and women and their distinctive differences.
It's not complicated, and at the same time, it is complicated. As a Christian, it's not difficult, "God made men and women in His image" He did not make anything else. But also, as a Christ-follower, I am commanded to love and reach people no matter what their beliefs and actions.
So we are going to have to draw some lines. One line a Christian can't cross is the denial of God's creation, biology, and factual reality, there are only two genders. So I'm not going to call you a woman if you are a man. However, as a Christian, I must have compassion for people. If you change your name from Steve to Sabrina and want to live as a woman, I'll pay you the respect of calling you, Sabrina.
In my former life as a minister, I had many people confess all kinds of things about their sexuality. I listened and prayed with them. I did not have to tell them what the bible says. They already knew. They were not coming to me to be absolved of their sin; in their own heart, they knew they were not living as God wanted them to. I always felt my role at that moment was to be compassionate, non-judgmental, and support them as best I could.
To the non-believer who wants to live outside God's boundaries, I am just commanded to love, care and have compassion. I can do that without condoning sinful behavior all day long; it's not even hard.
The problem is if you disagree with the narrative, you are insensitive or a hater, you could even be canceled, whatever that means.
